What We Offer

Intro to Aerial Arts

Experience what it feels like to fly and invert, all while having fun and getting fit! Our 4-week Introduction to Aerial Arts Course is the best place to begin your aerial journey with us! 

The focus of this course is to get you comfortable with getting upside down over 4 x 1 hour classes in a safe, fun, and empowering way.

Group Classes

Meet friends and learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment. You can select from a range of classes and levels using the hammock, lyra, trapeze, or silks. 

What makes us unique is our flow-style classes, and the option to choose a different aerial apparatus each week so you never get bored!

Private Sessions

Solo, Duo or Trio sessions are perfect for focusing on technique, routines, or specific aerial and acrobatic skills. Private group classes are also available for corporate/work functions/team building, and hens/birthday parties.
